What a busy week I have scheduled! Well, not really. Friday night I'll be packing up, and on Saturday we'll be heading up to Dallas for some little family thing over the weekend. We'll return Tuesday and set out again on Wednesday...I think, or maybe Thursday, for Corpus Christi. This little poorly developed vacation plan (courtesy of my mother), is based around mommy dearest's schedule of house showing and stuff. Apparently we need to be back in town on Tuesday and Wednesday for things she has to do since Conroe is naturally in between Dallas and Corpus Christi.

This means that by the time we get back from our frenzied vacation, it will be Sunday...the day BEFORE I have to go back to school. -___- Yeah...that's fun. Return from vacation only to have to head off to school the following morning. Oh hoo-bloody-ray.

It's not so much the school semester that bothers me either since classes are usually...eh. It's actually the lack of a job that irks me. I've been trying since February to get one, and have had only ONE person call me for an interview. Said person then said "Sorry, we can't fit you to our schedule." and similar shit.

But! I do have hope. Last semester, I had to go to the SHSU Student Writing Center several times when I made essays for my English class. An editor there told me that if I was interested, they would be happy to hire me as a peer editor since I'm such a Grammar Nazi. So...I can look forward to that at least. The only down side to it is that I'd have to stay on campus for longer than normal, or try to fit my work hours around my class periods. But hey, at least I'd be doing something I'd like, right? In the end, that's all that matters.

In other news, I have a huge stack of books I have to get to reading. They're all from the Forgotten Realms series too. And of COURSE they're about the drow. Said books are the six book series of the War of the Spider Queen, and Book V of the Legend of Drizzt series.

Also, I recently got Final Fantasy VII on my PSP! *dances*
